SNOW+ is suitable for cats older than 6 months and weighing above 3.3 lbs. Note that we don't suggest pregnant cats use automatic litter boxes since it's possible that they labor in the box that they are familiar with. And baby cats do not weigh enough to use an automatic litter box, which could lead to potential safety issues. Tips on acclimate cats to the SNOW+ litter box: For shy cats, leave the bonnet off and turn off SNOW+. You can also place the old, uncleaned litter box nearby, add used litter, sprinkle catnip in the walkway, and delay installing the fragrance box to help them adjust. It is recommended to place SNOW+ near the cat's original litter box to aid in the cat's adaptation. Ensure it is placed on a flat, stable surface near a power outlet, avoiding soft or uneven surfaces. Leave at least 2 inches of space around the device for the safety sensor and avoid placing it against a wall. Do not place the device outdoors or in high heat or humid areas.
